Questions and answers
What is an open envelope?
An envelope is open from the time you send it until all signers sign, a signer declines, or you void it. Completed envelopes do not count.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Rakesign holds the new envelope and tells you why. When an open envelope completes, or after you upgrade, you send it again with one click.
How do I upgrade?
An admin opens Settings, then Plan and billing, in Rakesign, and selects Change plan. You can also change the plan at dash.cloudraker.com.
Do you charge per user?
No. The plan covers the whole organization. Add as many senders as you need.
Is the Rakesign plan the same as my CloudRaker plan?
Yes. One plan covers the organization on every CloudRaker product. The credits also pay for parse, extract and the other capabilities.
Why are there daily send limits?
They stop spam from new accounts. Free sends up to 30 envelopes and 75 recipients in 24 hours. Support can raise the limit.
