Rakesign for business is live: unlimited envelopes, no seat fees

In September, we made document signing free and unlimited. Anyone can send a PDF for signature without an account, and developers can call the sign API on every plan. Since then, teams have kept asking for the same thing: "We send these every week. Give us a place to run it."

From draft to signed in three steps

1. Upload a file or pick a template. Drop in a PDF or a Word file, or start from a template you saved.
2. Place the fields and add people. Drag signature, initials and date fields onto the page. Add each person and choose who signs first.
3. They sign, everyone gets the PDF. People open the email and sign on a phone or a computer, with no account and no app to install. When the last person signs, everyone gets the signed copy.

The right people, in the right order

Real agreements rarely have one signer. A lease needs the tenant and the landlord. An offer letter needs a manager's approval before the candidate sees it. A sales contract goes through the deal desk first.

In Rakesign, you set up the steps once. Choose who signs first, who signs next and who only needs to approve. Ask everyone in a step to sign, or only the first person who can. • Before they sign, each person types a one-time code sent to their email.
• Every signed PDF comes back sealed. Our signing certificate is on the Adobe Approved Trust List, so Adobe Reader shows the signature as valid, and any change to the PDF breaks the seal.
• Each envelope ends with a certificate of completion: who opened it, when, from where and how they signed.
• Documents are encrypted in storage and in transit, and no person touches the signing key. CloudRaker is SOC 2 Type 2 audited, and the report is available on request from our Trust Center.
