Solutions Lead - Forward Enablement Team

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the client’s trusted advisor, aligning business objectives with AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
Work closely with client leadership to understand strategic priorities, uncover opportunities, and translate them into actionable solutions.
Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design forward-thinking, scalable, and AI-native approaches.
Ensure that every solution balances immediate business impact with long-term adaptability.
Lead client-facing discussions and workshops, helping stakeholders envision the role of AI in transforming their business.
Manage product pricing plans and licenses, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
Track outcomes: measure adoption, ROI, and business results to prove impact.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery, making sure both sides stay aligned.
Drive adoption and change management strategies so solutions get used, not just delivered.
Support commercial growth by identifying opportunities for expansion for new clients and within client accounts.
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements to keep solutions forward-looking.
Provide feedback from clients to internal product teams to improve accelerators, pricing models, and integration packages.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or advisory roles (ERP, CRM) and AI transformation experience (a plus).
Knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations, with a passion for making AI real, practical, and impactful in enterprise settings.
Experience in life sciences, finance, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
Strong business acumen: ability to connect technology to ROI, efficiency, and growth.
Excellent client-facing skills: clear communicator in french and english, skilled at building trust and guiding decisions.
Ability to collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and delivery teams.
Forward-thinking mindset: comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing innovative solutions.
Curiosity and adaptability: quick to understand new industries, technologies, and business models.
