Solutions Lead - Forward Enablement Team

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the client’s trusted advisor, aligning business objectives with AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

  • Work closely with client leadership to understand strategic priorities, uncover opportunities, and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design forward-thinking, scalable, and AI-native approaches.

  • Ensure that every solution balances immediate business impact with long-term adaptability.

  • Lead client-facing discussions and workshops, helping stakeholders envision the role of AI in transforming their business.

  • Manage product pricing plans and licenses, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with client needs.

  • Track outcomes: measure adoption, ROI, and business results to prove impact.

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery, making sure both sides stay aligned.

  • Drive adoption and change management strategies so solutions get used, not just delivered.


  • Support commercial growth by identifying opportunities for expansion for new clients and within client accounts.

  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements to keep solutions forward-looking.

  • Provide feedback from clients to internal product teams to improve accelerators, pricing models, and integration packages.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or advisory roles (ERP, CRM) and AI transformation experience (a plus).

  • Knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations, with a passion for making AI real, practical, and impactful in enterprise settings.

  • Experience in life sciences, finance, or manufacturing is a strong plus.

  • Strong business acumen: ability to connect technology to ROI, efficiency, and growth.

  • Excellent client-facing skills: clear communicator in french and english, skilled at building trust and guiding decisions.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and delivery teams.

  • Forward-thinking mindset: comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing innovative solutions.

  • Curiosity and adaptability: quick to understand new industries, technologies, and business models.
