Solutions Lead - Forward Enablement Team

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end delivery products infused with AI-native capabilities.

  • Translate client goals into clear project plans, with defined milestones and measurable outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—developers, data engineers, AI specialists, subcontractors, and client stakeholders—to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Organize sprints, prioritize tickets, detailed user stories.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and scope while keeping projects focused on outcomes, not outputs.

  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and adapt plans quickly in fast-moving environments.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and trust throughout the mission.

  • Drive adoption: make sure what we build actually gets used and delivers impact.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong project management skills: planning, stakeholder management, risk management, delivery.

  • Ability to balance structure with agility—keeping things organized while adapting to change.

  • Solid understanding of how AI can extend and transform enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical teams and business leaders in both english and french.

  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset: you don’t just track tasks, you help shape solutions.
