Solutions Lead - Forward Enablement Team

As an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer, you are the engine of delivery: you ship real features, make sound technical decisions, and move work to production without hand-holding.

You balance speed with quality, autonomy with collaboration, and you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity—because that’s where real products get built.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own features from concept to production: database schema, API design, frontend implementation, and deployment.

  • Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive React components with strong attention to UX and performance.

  • Build and maintain API endpoints using Node.js, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

  • Design normalized PostgreSQL schemas and write efficient queries using Prisma or SQL.

  • Write clean, typed, and maintainable TypeScript across frontend and backend.

  • Review code from Junior developers and provide constructive, practical feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with designers to validate technical feasibility early.

  • Estimate your own work accurately and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

  • Debug production issues methodically and improve system reliability over time.

  • Work within modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments to ship continuously.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2–5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React (Hooks), Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

  • Solid experience with Next.js or a comparable meta-framework.

  • Clear understanding of the full web request lifecycle (frontend → API → DB).

  • Ability to explain technical challenges to non-technical teammates.

  • Comfort working autonomously while staying aligned with the broader system.

  • A bias toward ownership, clarity, and shipping.

  • Curiosity to improve both code and processes—not just “get it done.”
