We’ve happy to announce that we added Sign, a new capability in RakerOne, designed to let you securely sign and verify documents directly inside your operational workflows.

Sign brings enterprise-grade digital signatures into RakerOne, so documents can move from decision to execution without leaving your systems or breaking audit trails.

Why Sign

As workflows become more automated, the last step often slows everything down: signing documents in a way that’s secure, compliant, and legally enforceable.

Sign removes that friction.

Documents generated, reviewed, or routed through RakerOne workflows can now be signed with full legal validity, without introducing new tools or manual steps for your teams.

What Sign includes

Sign is built to meet the highest standards for security, compliance, and durability:

  • Legally binding digital signatures, globally recognized

  • AATL-certified certificates, backed by Adobe’s Approved Trust List

  • 256-bit end-to-end encryption, protecting documents in transit and at rest

  • Complete audit trails, including timestamps, IP addresses, and signer verification

  • Tamper-evident cryptographic seals, ensuring document integrity

  • Long-term validation, keeping signatures verifiable over time

Sign complies with major global regulations, including PIPEDA, Canadian federal law, eIDAS, ESIGN, and UETA.

You can use Sign to:

  • Finalize approvals and contracts

  • Execute documents generated by automated workflows

  • Maintain compliance and traceability across departments

  • Reduce turnaround time without increasing administrative overhead

Every action is logged and verifiable, making Sign suitable for regulated environments where trust and accountability are essential.

If you’d like to enable Sign in your RakerOne workflows or see how it fits your existing operations, your CloudRaker contact can help you get started.
