We’re introducing Transform, a new capability in RakerOne that converts structured and unstructured data into production-ready document, directly inside your operational workflows.

We’re excited to announce Transform, a new RakerOne capability designed to turn raw data and documents into structured, usable outputs, without code, without fragile automation, and without technical bottlenecks.

Transform lets teams take any input (PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, forms, scanned documents, or system data) and convert it into standardized records and finalized documents such as Excel files, Word documents, PDFs, or decks.

But more importantly, Transform changes how documents behave inside operations.

Why Transform

In most organizations, documents are treated as the end of the process.

A form is submitted.
A report is produced.
A file is generated and stored.

Then everything stops.

In reality, documents are where work happens. They contain decisions, data, intent, and obligations, but most systems treat them as static artifacts.

Transform flips that model.

Instead of documents being the output of workflows, they become structured inputs that drive the next step, feeding approvals, triggering actions, updating systems, and enabling execution.

This is the missing link between information and operations.

What Transform does

Transform allows teams to build document transformation pipelines that turn information into action:

  1. Ingest any data or document
Structured or unstructured such as emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, forms, or mixed sources.

  2. Extract and structure information with AI assistance
AI identifies relevant fields, entities, and context without forcing rigid schemas upfront.

  3. Review and refine the extracted output
Humans stay in control. Users can revise, reorganize, or validate data before it’s used downstream.

  4. Reorganize content based on operational logic
Information is shaped to match how the business operates, not how the source document was written.

  5. Transform into templated outputs with AI agents
Generate Excel files, Word documents, PDFs, decks, or records, ready for production, signing, or system ingestion.

Each transformation pipeline takes about one hour to configure.
Once live, agents can transform individual documents or entire batches instantly.

Built for operators, not engineers

Transform was designed for the people closest to the work.

That means:

  • No code

  • No technical expertise

  • No reliance on IT for every document change

If you understand what the document should contain and how it should be structured, you can build the transformation. This shifts document work from a manual, fragile process to a repeatable operational capability.

Where Transform fits

Transform is used anywhere documents and data are part of an operational flow:

  • Turning inbound forms, emails, and PDFs into standardized system records

  • Creating structured reporting from unstructured sources

  • Automating extraction of specific data from documents directly into core systems

  • Converting mixed inputs into compliant, regulator-ready documents

  • Producing client-ready files from internal tools without manual formatting

  • Normalizing third-party documents into internal templates

  • Generating recurring operational reports automatically

  • Preparing documents for approval, signing, or archival

  • Feeding structured outputs into workflows, agents, and audits

In each case, documents don’t just get produced, they move work forward.

Why this matters

Most AI document tools stop at extraction. Transform goes further by turning documents into operational interfaces, where humans, systems, and agents meet. This reduces coordination overhead, improves consistency, and enables automation without sacrificing control or auditability. It’s how organizations move from document-driven friction to document-driven execution.
